Job Description: Specialist in Accounting/Administration - The candidate will manage and oversee bookkeeping, accounting, & tax functions and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the financial and administrative activities of the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong accounting skills and the ability to handle a range of administrative tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibility: The position will be responsible for the following:

  • Bookkeeping from source documents to trial balance.
  • Generating and analysing financial reports.
  • Client tax compliance issues.
  • Attending to telephone & other Administration duties.
  • Other bookkeeping, accounting and tax-related responsibilities.

Educational Requirements: The candidate must comply with the following requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
  • At least 12 months experience.
  • Working knowledge of Xero and any other Accounting Systems.
  • Good Organization & Administration Skills.
